Print lists are formatted text outputs of an application program in the SAP system. In addition to printing, print lists can be stored to an archive in an electronic form.

CONPEX PrintList fully eliminates manual archiving. User-defined attributes are automatically assigned to every print list in order to make the print list search easier. End users navigate through an intuitive tree structure and retrieve required report.

For example (see figure on the left), we have searched for the print list with the following attributes: Module FI – Accounts Payable, IDES AG (1000) company code, fiscal year 2000, annual print lists, the Vendor Business report and the CONPEX variant.

Then we double-clicked on it and retrieved the print list.

An archived print list can be not only printed, but also free-text searched, saved at any workstation and analyzed with an external program (e.g. spreadsheet).
